Celtic jewelry made in Ireland by Solvar Jewellery, Dublin. A 14k two-tone yellow and white gold heart-shaped Irish "Trinity Knot" necklace with 18 inch chain. The Celts used the continuous lines of their knotwork to symbolize the interconnectedness of all things... things without beginnings and ends... the continuing spiritual journey of life. The "Trinity Knot" is often found carved on Irish high crosses, or in the beautifully decorated pages of illuminated manuscripts.

To add additional depth and dimension to the piece, the pendant is "galleried" with an underlying gold framework around the edge of the pendant.

14k yellow and white gold. Assayed and hallmarked at Dublin Castle, Ireland. The necklace comes presented in a Solvar gift box.
