These three dimensional Irish shadow boxes are double mounted and the carvings are gold painted resin on a black velvet background...surrounded by a wooden frame and enclosed with glass. The shadow box comes presented in a gift box with accompanying explanation of the Irish symbol.

The Claddagh Ring...its distinctive heart, hands and crown symbolizes love, friendship and loyalty and was first used as a wedding ring over 400 years ago in the tiny fishing village, “the Claddagh” now part of Galway city in the west of Ireland.
