These three dimensional Irish shadow boxes are double mounted and the carvings are gold painted resin on a black velvet background...surrounded by a wooden frame and enclosed with glass. The shadow box comes presented in a gift box with accompanying explanation of the Irish symbol.

The Irish Harp...the Irish wire-strung harp or “clairseach” dates back to the 12th century and was often highly decorated with intricate carvings and crystals. Harpers had a very important role in Irish life and were given titles and wealth for their services.
